Koji
Small plates. Big soul.
A modern izakaya rooted in seasonal Japanese cooking, craft sake, and the quiet art of gathering.

In the izakaya tradition, every dish is an invitation to slow down. To share. To find warmth in a cold glass and comfort in a small plate.
We cook with what the season gives us. Our fish arrives daily. Our vegetables come from farms within fifty miles. The menu changes not because we want it to, but because the land asks it to.
Our sake is chosen with the same care as our ingredients — small-batch breweries, unusual rice varieties, makers who treat fermentation as a conversation with time.
